When this pandemic hit, we had no idea what was to follow, lock downs, closures, restrictions, complete transformation of businesses in order to survive this. This year has definitely brought its challenges but we have also found resilience and continue to strengthen throughout.
This year saw a number of changes such as:

- Schedule X created
- Clerks award flexibility
- JobKeeper
- JobSeeker
- Unpaid Pandemic leave changes in awards
- A number of Awards had changes made – mainly to the wording
